MEET OUR TEAM
HERMIONE HANLEY-LLOYD
Having studied History and Classics in university, Hermione decided to utilise that knowledge and explore accountancy. That led her into the payroll department and after seeing how companies should be run, she decided to set up her own payroll company.
When she isn't crunching numbers, Hermione can be found writing terrible fiction and looking at puppies for adoption.
JOE BENNETT
Head of Customer Relations
Joe is an integral member of the team and his thorough knowledge of all things payroll mean he's excellently placed to ensure that clients are kept up to date with any changes.
When he isn't dominating in payroll, Joe tours the UK with his band Man & The Echo and tours Warrington Market with his wife and son.
ANDREEA ADJUDEANU
Head of Payroll
Andreea has come into the payroll field fairly recently but she has made headway immediately and her vast array of life experiences allows her to be approachable to anyone she meets.
When she isn't excelling at keeping customers happy, Andreea keeps her family happy with her incredible cake creations.
SARAH WÓJCIK
Head of Compliance
With a background in accountancy, Sarah ventured into the payroll sector ten years ago and never looked back. Her vast knowledge of HMRC procedures means that all policies are in line with government requirements.
When she isn't reading up on HMRC procedures, Sarah enjoys reading and visiting Europe with her boyfriend.
DAN WARD
Head of Onboarding
Dan is well and truly the man when it comes to onboarding new clients. Whether it's over the phone or over email, Dan makes sure that clients are kept well informed and well happy.
When he isn't making sure all his clients' needs are met and exceeded, Dan makes sure his gym goals are met and exceeded and watches other people play football.
SOPHIE MARSH
Account Manager
Sophie was born into the financial field to two bankers and has found that she has taken to payroll as easily as a duck to water. No discrepancies in pay will get past her keen eye so you can be sure payroll is accurate every time.
When she isn't navigating the intricacies of tax and national insurance, Sophie is navigating the high seas with her local sailing club.
JACK BRADLEY
Account Manager
Having previously worked in hotels, Jack is used to the quick-paced demands of the payroll sector and is determined to ensure that all of his clients receive the best possible service.
When he isn't ensuring his clients' needs are met, Jack's playing five-a-side football and taking videos of his cat.

DEAN ARMSTRONG
Account Manager
Dean has worked in the financial field for over 10 years and brings with him a deep knowledge of all things payroll. His expertise lends itself to his approach to clients and allows him to sort out issues quickly and efficiently.
When he isn't smoothing out payroll questions, Dean enjoys walking his dog and supporting his local football team.
SOPHIE LITTLE
Payroll Executive
Sophie left the sunny climes of America with a passion to succeed in payroll and that's exactly what she's done. Prepare for timesheets to be processed and staff paid on time, every time.
When she isn't churning out bank files, Sophie can be found wandering museums in Durham with her husband or making dresses for her dog.
BEN POWELL
Payroll Executive
Ben's analytical mind and focus mean that he is an expert in the running of payroll. Ben ensures that any timesheets that come his way are processed quickly and accurately.
When he isn't smashing targets, Ben is smashing enemies on computer games and singing along to West End hits.
MORGAN FAID
Payroll Executive
While relatively new to the payroll field, Morgan has got to grips with the process immediately and can now pay people in her sleep.
When she isn't dreaming numbers, Morgan dreams of her glory days representing team GB in trampolining and dreams of her future days representing Leigh in the territorial army.

Glenys has worked in payroll for nearly 20 years and knows exactly how it should be run. Payroll has never before gone this smoothly!
When she isn't knitting together the complexities of payroll, Glenys is knitting tiny outfits for her newborn granddaughter and singing along to Train songs
